Four Oaks Property Services is a tree service, landscaping, and hardscaping business serving Gwinnett County, Georgia and surrounding areas. We collect what we need to quote and schedule your job — nothing more — and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- The quote form: your name, phone number, email (if you give one), the job address, what you need done, your description of the job, up to six photos, and whether you'd rather be called or texted.
- Support email: whatever you send to [email protected].
- Basic page counts: which pages get visited, so we know the site works. No cookies, no tracking across other sites — details below.
How we use it
To size up the job, send you a quote, and schedule and do the work — reaching you by call or text, whichever you picked. That's the whole list. We don't sell your information, we don't add you to marketing lists, and we don't send spam.
Who handles it for us
A few services move your request from the form to our crew. Each one only touches what its job requires:
- Resend — delivers our email: the new-request alert to our team and your confirmation message.
- DigitalOcean — hosts the website and the database your request is stored in.
- Cloudflare — DNS and email routing for our domain.
- Google (Gmail) — stores our support mailbox.
- Anthropic — AI assistance on support email: mail sent to our support address is processed by an AI system that classifies it and drafts a reply. A person reviews and sends every reply — nothing goes out automatically.
- Discord — new-request alerts, including your photos and job details, are relayed to a private team channel so the crew sees new jobs quickly.
- Beacon (self-hosted, first-party) — our own privacy-preserving analytics: page counts using a salted, truncated, daily-rotated IP hash. No cookies, no raw IP addresses stored, no cross-site tracking.
Your photos
Photos you send are used to price and plan the work. We sometimes use before-and-after photos of finished jobs to show what we do — never with your name or address attached. If you'd rather your photos never be used that way, tell us any time and we won't.
How long we keep it
Quote requests stay on our jobs board so we can do the work and answer questions about it later. When our team deletes a request, it sits in a trash bin for 30 days (so an accidental delete can be undone) and is then permanently purged, photos included. Server backups can hold a copy for a limited time after that.
