Terms of use

Last updated August 31, 2026

These terms cover this website and its quote form. Four Oaks Property Services provides tree service, landscaping, and hardscaping in Gwinnett County, Georgia and surrounding areas.

Quotes

Quotes are free. A quote is an estimate, not a contract — the actual work is governed by whatever we agree on for that job. We usually get back to you within a day or two, but we don't guarantee response times, and some jobs need a site visit before a final price.

What you send us

When you submit photos and job details, you confirm they're yours to send and reasonably accurate — a quote is only as good as the photos it's based on. How we handle what you send is covered in our privacy policy.

The website

We keep the site's information accurate to the best of our ability, but it's provided as-is: page content is general information, not a promise about any specific job, and we may change or take down pages at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
